I was messing around with the console to try and fix a bugged quest (quest person ended up stuck inside a building. No not inside the instance, inside the object on the overworld.). I'm not sure this is related but I've noticed my character isn't leveling up. I level up my major skills but the progress bar doesn't move any towards the next level. My first thought was that maybe I screwed something up.

I know that's the most common reason that people have 'problems leveling up'. I've played this game before, so I'm familiar with the general mechanics, and my character is already level 4.EDIT2: Sorry I haven't updated this sooner but I've solved the problem. I don't know exactly how it fixed, but after returning to the game (saving and reloading), it seemed to fix the problem. I started playing and every major level increase moved the bar up a little.
